An EV charger is a continuous load, and continuous loads are where an undersized service shows up. Before we quote anything we calculate what your panel carries today and what it needs to carry tomorrow.
A detached garage is the common case: a new feeder from the main panel, a subpanel at the garage, and the charger hardwired on its own circuit. Done once, done right, with room left for whatever comes next.
